How can I order from yogabox?
Add your desired products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You can order with or without a customer account.

Payment by invoice is only possible for authorities and public institutions.
The invoice amount is to be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, please contact customer service immediately. Use the contact form or write to info@yogabox.de. We will check for an adjustment or cancellation as soon as possible.
Do you offer purchase on invoice for authorities/public institutions?
Yes. Authorities, schools, kindergartens, universities and public institutions can order on invoice. Please note: No cash discount is granted.
Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice?
Yes. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. To save resources, we will automatically send you the invoice as a PDF by e-mail. Please also check your spam/junk folders if necessary.
Shipping & Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
Germany: flat rate [5.95 €]. EU shipping according to destination country at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Germany: approx. 1–3 working days. EU: approx. 4–8 working days (depending on destination country and shipping service provider).
Are there any special considerations for bulky goods?
Yes. We usually hand over bulky goods shipments to the transport company within 2 working days. The delivery time is usually an additional 1–5 working days, but in exceptional cases can take up to an additional 10 working days.
Do you ship internationally and is there tracking?
Yes, we deliver within the EU, Switzerland. After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
How do returns (cancellation) work for private customers?
The withdrawal period is 1 month. Please send the goods with sufficient postage to:

You can use a DHL return label, among others. Refunds are always made to the payment method used for the order. For prepayment/bank transfer, we need your bank details.
Returns for commercial customers (12% discount)?
For commercial orders, there is no right of withdrawal according to the terms and conditions. However, we do accept unused/new items back. Please send the items with sufficient postage to the address mentioned above. After receipt of the goods, we will issue a voucher for the value of the goods for redemption with your next order.
What do I do in case of a wrong delivery?
Please contact us immediately via the contact form or by e-mail at info@yogabox.de. You will receive a free return label. After receipt of the return, we will send you the correct item.
Do you offer exchanges?
Please reorder the desired item and return the other. This is the fastest way to get the correct version immediately.
Products & Materials
What does "2nd choice" mean?
2nd choice items are new and functionally perfect, but have minor visual defects (e.g. print/transport marks, slightly crooked edges, minimal unevenness). These are purely cosmetic and do not affect usability.
Organic spelt husks – what should I know?
Spelt husks are a natural product. Deviations in shape, size and color are normal and do not constitute a defect. They provide a stable, adaptable filling for meditation cushions & co.
My yoga mat is initially slippery – is that normal?
Yes. New mats often have a thin, water-repellent protective layer due to production, which comes off with use. This improves grip. Tip: Before first use, wipe with a damp microfiber cloth (with a little vinegar water). Note: Heavy sweating (e.g., power yoga) can reduce slip resistance.
My mat smells/stinks – what to do?
An initial inherent odor is normal for many products and dissipates with time and use. PVC mats, for example, initially smell of plastic, virgin wool mats of wool. If necessary, clean the mat with a little vinegar water to speed up the process.
What is PVC?
PVC stands for polyvinyl chloride – a plastic used, among other things, in durable yoga mats.
What does OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 mean?
STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a globally uniform, independent testing and certification system for textile products and accessories. Depending on skin contact, four product classes apply with strict limit values, some of which go beyond legal requirements.
What does GOTS mean?
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) defines globally recognized requirements along the entire textile supply chain – from fiber to finished product. It includes ecological and social criteria as well as certifications by independent bodies.
Are our products sustainable and free of harmful substances?
We use organic cotton, cork, and natural rubber, among other materials. Free from PVC, AZO dyes, and harmful plasticizers – ideal for yoga & meditation.
Where are our products manufactured?
Many items are manufactured in Germany and the EU, others in carefully selected partner factories. Details can be found on the product pages.
How do I care for my yoga mat correctly?
Use mild mat cleaner or a damp cloth. No aggressive agents, no machine washing. Dry flat/rolled up away from direct sun/heat.
Customer Account
Do I need a customer account?
No, guest checkout is possible. With a customer account, you also have your order overview, faster checkout, and wish lists.
Forgot password – what to do?
Click on "Forgot password" in the login and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a link to reset it. If no email arrives, please check spam/junk, typos in the email address, or if you are already registered. For problems, write to us at: info@yogabox.de.
Vouchers & Discounts
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, digital vouchers are available in the shop and are delivered by e-mail after purchase.
How do I redeem a voucher/discount code?
Add your items to the shopping cart → "Show shopping cart" → Enter the code in the "Enter voucher code" field → Click "Redeem voucher". The amount will be deducted automatically.
Are discounts combinable?
The 12% yoga teacher/commercial discount cannot be combined with other discounts/promotions.
