The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, United Kingdom, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic.

For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge of €25.00 is added to the shipping costs.

Note for non-EU deliveries:
If delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer—not to the provider, but to the customs or tax authorities in the destination country. Customers are advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before placing an order.

For shipments outside the EU, the shipping companies also charge customs clearance fees for handling the formalities. These are typically around €20–€35 (depending on the goods value).

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes 1–3 business days, and international deliveries take 5–7 business days after conclusion of the contract (for prepayment, after we receive your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them in a single consignment (unless otherwise agreed). In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

Payment by invoice is available only for public authorities and businesses.
For payment by invoice, the invoice amount is due within 14 days.
